SUMMARY
After Suspend, my 2nd Monitor connected via USB-C DP Alt mode is quite dark (reduced brightness - if I remind well, there is a bug still open about it, which should be fixed at Plasma 6.3 according "This Week in Plasma")


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Firtst login after reboot
2. Open Brightness controll -> 2nd Monitor is visible (see screenshot 1)
3. Suspend PC
4. Resume
5. Switch on 2nd Monitor due to still in Suspend
6. login
7. Open Brightness controll -> 2nd Monitor is not visible (see screenshot 2)


OBSERVED RESULT
 2nd Monitor is not listed in the Brightness controll panael

EXPECTED RESULT
 2nd Monitor is listed in the Brightness controll panael
