SUMMARY
Tiled windows move to other display when resizing after displays had been turned off.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Quick tile two windows left and right
2. Turn displays off and on (two in my case)
3. Resize tiled windows

OBSERVED RESULT
The two windows move to the other display disrupting the resize action.

EXPECTED RESULT
The two windows should stay on the same display.

Seems to be fixed in Plasma version 6.3.0, except that windows don't keep their tiled size but instead resize to even space after turning on monitors.
