SUMMARY

Within System Tray Settings > Entries:
Several items have no label and behave as if they are one.
If I change a setting to either one of them, such as always visible/hidden, it'll also apply to the other.
This is now happening with Filen desktop client & Discord.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I am unsure if it has always been this way.
But for now:
Open System Tray Settings
Go to "Entries"
See if there are any applications without name (in my case: Discord & Filen)
Change the visibility setting for either of them.
Refresh the page by going to a different tab and back, and see how they both changed.

EXPECTED RESULT
They should behave independently. They should also have a label.

It's most likely an Electron bug; see Bug 470840.
