SUMMARY
Sometimes you might install a particularily pushy program that associates itself with every related filetype. Example programs could be mkvtoolnix-gui and rstudio. Disassociating these programs from the filetypes can be annoying so I propose to include a menu entry in the Default Applications KCM to mass disassociate a program from files.
