I miss it too, but that's a thing that's separate from both Emoji Selector and also KCharSelect. The specific request here is out of scope, sorry. |
Created attachment 177317 [details] character selector 1 KCharSelect is a nice application, but it is quirky to use, and the behaviours of it is sometimes undesirable. Instead, Emoji Selector could gain its functionality in a modern code-base, and give access to all characters in the Unicode spectrum in a nice and easy way. macOS character selection floating panel is one of the biggest things I miss in KDE. Screenshots attached.
