SUMMARY
To complement the option to show a Wi-Fi's QR code, it would be nice if there was an option to connect via a QR code as well.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two laptops running Plasma, one connected to the Wi-Fi, but not the other. The password is not yet stored on the second one.
2. Intend to connect the second laptop.

OBSERVED RESULT
Click "Show Network's QR Code" on the first laptop, but discover that out-of-the-box there's no way to use it on the second one.
Instead, look up the password in the System Settings and type it in.

EXPECTED RESULT
Have an option in the widget or the System Settings to connect to a network by scanning a QR code, using https://api.kde.org/frameworks/prison/html/index.html.
