SUMMARY:
When logging in plasma, it stays on the splash screen loading for a very long time, 3-5 minutes. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to latest KDE on kde-unstable as of 1/10/25
2. Log out
3. Try to log back in

OBSERVED RESULT
Long loading times

EXPECTED RESULT
For loading times to be like 6.2.5, around 5-10s
Linux: 6.12.9
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0
