SUMMARY
Uploading an avatar doesn't work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings dialogue.
2. Go to Accounts and choose account.
3. Upload an avatar.

OBSERVED RESULT
An avatar doesn't apply anywhere.


EXPECTED RESULT
I'd like to see everywhere my new uploaded avatar.

Note: Indeed, updating the avatar does not update it throughout the application. However, it *does* upload.
