Try to download KDevelop from Windows: https://kdevelop.org/download/ Click on the "Download the release KDevelop 64-bit installer" It is unable to download it.

Igor, is it possible to download KDevelop 6.1 for Windows 10, 64-bit somewhere?

Or what is the last version for Windows? I have KDevelop 5.5.0

5.5.0 is probably the last one on Windows. Merging https://invent.kde.org/kdevelop/kdevelop/-/merge_requests/694 can produce continuous Windows builds, though no one has tested them yet, so they will not necessarily be functional.
