SUMMARY
My primary monitor (MSI Optix MAG MAG342CQR 1440p ultrawide) looks extremely dim and muted in HDR mode.  I made sure that its brightness is set to 100%.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on HDR


OBSERVED RESULT
ultrawide monitor looks dim

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be brighter

Hi - I can't reproduce as I don't have the right graphics hardware, but the investigation of this bug on Intel hardware might be relevant: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=496991

Yeah this is a driver bug, we can't do anything about it in KWin
