I don't think I'm able to reproduce it on my Fedora KDE 41 device, but - with an issue like this where very specific mouse motions might be involved, would you be able to please take a screen recording video (Spectacle has a built-in feature for this) of the steps to reproduce, to help folks see the exact process?
