There seems to be no option to set home location. There clearly is the geolocation feature 'home button', but this is set to the UK, maybe I have missed how to change it?

Also I am not sure if I have selected the correct Component, feel free to correct it.

This home coordinate is currently hardcoded, presumably the home coordinate of the Marble developer. There is a function to change this home coordinate at runtime, but no component currently uses it.

To me it would make sense to be able to click on it and it takes the user to their house (they would set this in digikam)

Hi,

The 8.7.0 pre-release Windows installer from today have been rebuilt from
scratch with Qt 6.8.3, KDE 6.12, OpenCV 4.11 + CUDA support, Exiv2 0.28.5, ExifTool 13.27, ffmpeg 7, all image codecs updated to last version (jxl, avif, heif, aom, etc.).

Please try with this version to see if your problem still reproducible...

Thanks in advance
Best regards

I did download the update but am unsure of how to see the home location - you know the location pressing the home button on the map takes you?
