STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Connect graphics tablet with pen with e.g. two buttons
2. Open tablet KCM, go to Pen tab
3. Click on "Pen Button 1"
4. Click "Send pen button"

OBSERVED RESULT
A combobox with three entries button 1-3

EXPECTED RESULT
Only two entries since there's only two buttons

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I guess technically sending button 3 even if there's only two works, so maybe this is a feature?

Yes this is technically a feature, so people with only one pen button can trick an application into sending one they don't have.
