Strangely this also caused an issue with spectacle. I tried to capture the bug via spectacle screen recording. I recreated the issue and then stopped the recording however when the checking the produced webm video, it cuts off as soon as the "add command" button is clicked and doesn't show the scaling issue. Kooha screen recorder didn't have the same issue and was able to capture the bug. Happy to upload the screen recording if someone can suggest a good place to upload it. Right click on clipboard system tray icon and select "Configure Clipboard" 2. Select "Actions Configuration" tab 3. Click on "Add Action" 4. Click on "Add Command" OBSERVED RESULT The "Configure Clipboard" and "Add Action" windows are suddenly scaled incorrectly and don't function.
