Display Configuration applet.

SUMMARY
I want to be able to quickly change the orientation of the screen, with the applet, that already changes the display configuration.

We found this weird command that changes the screen orientation, it should be better documented .
kscreen-doctor output.1.rotation.normal
kscreen-doctor output.1.rotation.left
kscreen-doctor output.1.rotation.right

Moving to Confirmed as a wishlist item, and to the "general" component as there doesn't appear to be a Bugzilla component specifically for the Display Configuration widget.

It lives in KScreen for now, pending a move to plasmashell at some point in the near future.
