In the open/save dialog, if you enable "Allow expansion is Details View", then you reopen the open/save dialog you will always get "Show Preview" option in toolbar disabled, even if you re-enabled it will always be reset.

I can reproduce this on Fedora KDE 41, same KDE/Qt versions.
