wrong guides while window is snapped to the middle

SUMMARY
I use the centre screen snapping and it works as intended, no issues, it is in the middle of the screen and it takes the taskbar into consideration.
Now looking at the picture I also activated the accessibility option (which all of them should be moved to the accessibility tab btw) to show where the centre of the screen is. Now if you move a window and snap to the centre of the screen you can see that the top and bottom lines don't match the window, that's because that accessibility function doesn't take the taskbar into consideration and uses the actual centre of the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use centre screen snapping
2. activate accessibility option to show screen centre lines
3. move a window and snap it to the middle

OBSERVED RESULT
Guiding lines don't match the middle of the screen because they ignore the taskbar.

EXPECTED RESULT
Guiding lines should match the window snapping and take taskbars into consideration.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.4

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
