SUMMARY
I would like to connect to a custom OpenTripPlanner server.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run the application
2. Choose providers


OBSERVED RESULT
There is no way for me to add a custom server

EXPECTED RESULT
There is a way for me to add arbitrary servers to plan journeys.
