community.kde.org thinks all pages are in English and marks them in the HTML them as such (Click Tools > Page information to view that metadata) in error.

This breaks things like the Firefox Translation feature and makes it uneccessarly difficult for smaller search engines to figure out the pages actual language.

Can you please set up content languages in MediaWiki and put in the time it takes to tag the localized pages correctly?
