Several empty sources

SUMMARY

I had introduced the wrong URL in some feeds, and then I failed to create the feeds. Then, I canceled the operation to start again. However, some blank items appear in the feeds' directory tree.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Add the new source https://mstdn.degu.cl/@daniel and press OK. This is wrong because .rss should be appended.
2. Akregator will try to load it, but will not finish because the URL was wrong. Then, click on CANCEL.
3. Akregator will show the empty source name, the URL, and other fields to be added manually. Then, click on CANCEL again.

OBSERVED RESULT

It generates several empty sources. I cannot select the empty sources, nor delete them.

EXPECTED RESULT

Empty sources should not be created.

Linux/Debian Flathub: 6.3.0

ADDITIONAL COMMENT

I saved the OPML file, and I don't see the empty sources, only the ones that are loaded. I close and open Akregator, but the empty feeds are still there.

By moving a folder A into another folder B, the empty elements in A disappear. So, I can use this workaround to clean the sources tree.
