Title bar on the Move/Copy/Link box.

This started to appear after Bug 489418 was fixed, but it could be just a coincidence.

I've tried to record with OBS, but the issue never happens when recording.

Issue being reproduced.

The issue doesn't happen once per boot, it happens every time Dolphin starts.

I can't reproduce this personally - however, this is the same symptom, with the opposite triggering condition, as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=491307 .

That one was after the menu had popped up multiple times, this one is only on the first instance - are these perhaps the same issue?

This bug and Bug 497249 are not happening now that I've updated to Plasma 6.3

I was wrong. The title bar still appears.

I'm seeing this as well on plasma 6.2.4.
