STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open tags:/
2. Right click into the view
3. Click on "+ Create new"

OBSERVED RESULT
You can choose between:

```
Folder
-------------
Text file
html file
empty file
--------------
link to address
link to file or folder
link to app
```

The only option, which works here is "Folder" and it creates unexpectedly a tag.
All others give you an error "Invalid address (URL): tags:/Textfile.txt."

EXPECTED RESULT
The context menu offers only a "+ Create new tag" entry in the context menu.

The context menu for tags in tags:/ should also be slimmed down to the only necessary. :)

I can reproduce this on Fedora KDE 41, Dolphin 24.12.0
