SUMMARY

Discover doesn't show a GUI, nor any errors, nor are errors written to terminal or system logs

If run in terminal:
(jkbin) jk@tv:/var/log$ pkill discover
(jkbin) jk@tv:/var/log$ plasma-discover
fetch ratings! false
adding empty sources model QStandardItemModel(0x57878a6e58d0)
>> NOTHING HAPPENS until you <Ctrl+C> <<
only starts if using the terminal workaround described:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Discover

OBSERVED RESULT
