STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. open the Properties window of a file with several associated apps
3. click on 'Change...' button
4. click on any associated app listed and move it up/down in the list
5. click on 'Apply' button

OBSERVED RESULT
Frequently the dragged app returns to its initial position in the list after clicking on 'Apply' button.
