SUMMARY
Font preferences are not honored

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Hamburger Menu > Configure Marknote... > General
2. On Editor Settings, go to Font Family and choose whatever you like
3. The preference is not reflected on the editing window, neither instantly nor after restarting

OBSERVED RESULT
No change in the font setting.

EXPECTED RESULT
Changes in the font setting should have been reflected on the main window.

I can reproduce this on Fedora KDE 41.

Unless I'm mistaken, this appears to be due to a typo during the transition of how settings worked.
