Shows suggested changes to Resize Plugin

The batch queue manager resize plugin currently maxes out at 1600 with presets,  I often like to use this tool to export at larger sizes like 3840.  To do so I need to enter a custom length, which works fine.  It would be nice to have additional presets to select.  
See the attached image with an example.  
Also - please change the text for "Not enlarge small images" to "Do Not Enlarge Small Images"
