Video bug

I have already posted on two forums, and I was told to contact here.

When we select auto-hide for the panel in the settings and open any program, everything works fine! But when the panel is hidden and we try to minimize (hide) application, the animation doesn’t work. However, if the panel is visible, the animation works, but not always!

I have attached a video.

Can confirm. Easiest way to reproduce is
1. Set panel to auto hide
2. Open Dolphin using keyboard shortcut
3. Minimize Dolphin

Can also confirm. Basically, open an app using a mathod that's NOT a Task Manager on an auto-hide panel. Thereafter, the app's window minimizes to the wrong place.
