SUMMARY
It would be nice if there was less setup involved in creating a virtual monitor. If no --password and --port are provided, the virtual monitor should run so that it's unreachable for outside the system. If --name and --resolution are not provided, the system should pick sensible defaults like "Virtual-Monitor-1" and "1920x1080".

The goal should be that simply running `krfb-virtualmonitor` should get you up and running with a virtual monitor to do whatever you want with.
