SUMMARY
Keeping window buttons pressed then moving the cursor on window border shows resize cursor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Keep pressing window close button.
2. Move the cursor (when still pressing) on window borders.

OBSERVED RESULT
The resize cursors are show instead of the default cursor.

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should not change until press is released, since cursor ignores other actions (like resizing).
