After Login the desktop remains black. The mouse pointer is shown normal. Yakuake can be activated through F12.
STR+ALT+DEL brings the selection about how to shutdown ect.

Creating a new user and login is fine. So something must have changed that is triggered by some custom setup.
Changing Global Look-And-Feel to Breeze-Dark did not change anything as did removing all custom widgets.

I removed the ~/.cache and several plasma and kwin-related config files
--> works again, but cannot track back which one was really necessary.
