Same problem in ru_RU locale. Plasma 6.2.4 on Fedora 40.
Not sure if it's locale-related, since I did see the buttons (that have rather short labels) on my system with ru_RU. Is there a way to manually trigger the notification to check? It's duplicate of some bug report about notifications having the wrong size, such as not resizing them properly while loading content (buttons get created a moment later). It was "allegedly" fixed many versions ago, but apparently it wasn't. Perhaps Bug 464029. However the layout code has been completely re-done for Plasma 6.3 to make it no longer possible. |
