No window borders

SUMMARY
I upgraded from kde 5 to 6. Now nothing works correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to kde

OBSERVED RESULT
Cant move windows and if open new they stick to top left

EXPECTED RESULT
A working de

Debian advises users to not submit bugs upstream (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting), as these versions of KDE software (Plasma and Frameworks) are out of support from KDE, and so it's possible that the bug exists only in Debian at this point.

Could you report the bug to Debian using the report bug utility (in Debian testing, https://packages.debian.org/testing/utils/reportbug)? If necessary, the maintainer of the package will forward the bug upstream.
