SUMMARY
I have 2 widgets on my desktop, CPU usage and Memory usage. When restarting, their sizes will reset.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add widget to desktop
2. Resize it to its smallest
3. Restart
4. Observe as it is now bigger

OBSERVED RESULT
Widget becomes bigger

EXPECTED RESULT
For the widget size to stay

I also have the same issue. I have a couple of widgets for disk monitoring and 2 out of the 6 gets resized after a restart. It's been happening since 6.2

It still appears. I cannot take a screen recording because I need to re-boot for the problem to recur.

I'm not able to reproduce this on Plasma 6.3.0 or on git-master on another laptop
I had been having this problem with a weather widget on 6.2.5, and that widget is now keeping it's size on the same machine in 6.3.0. 

I'll leave this open to see if anyone else can still reproduce on 6.3.0, or 6.3.1 when that's released.
