SUMMARY
When opening the  "pick your installation option" dialog when installing an effect, the "Download new effects" window underneath is still interactable. I would expect that when the underlying window is clicked, the dialog is closed as if a cancel option was clicked, and the  underlying window does not receive the click.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Effects > Download new effects
2. Click install on some effect that has multiple files

OBSERVED RESULT
You can interact with the window under the dialog

EXPECTED RESULT
Clicking on the window under the dialog closes the dialog without downloading anything, and the window does not receive the click.
