SUMMARY

Can't reliable reproduce it, but it every now and then happens. Please see the screenshot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable Bluetooth
2. Reboot / Re-Login

EXPECTED RESULT
Bluetooth icon reflect that BT is disabled.

OBSERVED RESULT
Bluetooth icon shows the icon for the connected state.

The device list is not shown though, it correctly states that BT is disabled and offers to enable it on click.

This is very strange. Are you able to reproduce it with newer versions of Plasma, bluez, Qt, and the kernel?
