Bug reproduction

A clone of a bug that was ignored 4 years ago (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=422654). And it's still reproducing

SUMMARY
The slider is divided into two parts by the border between the pages. If you take the smaller part of the slider and pull it in the direction that corresponds to it, then at the moment when the middle of the slider is between the pages, it will skip forward to the page.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open multi-page file and place the slider so that it lay on the pages 1 and 2, but more on page 1.
2. Take the smaller part of the slider and swipe it down

OBSERVED RESULT
Slider jumped from pages 1 and 2 to pages 2 and 3

EXPECTED RESULT
The slider will remain on pages 1 and 2, but part of the slider on the second page will become larger
