SUMMARY
Size of timer not calculated correctly if title contains non English characters.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put timer plasmoid on the desktop
2. Open configuration
3. Set title to some containing non English characters

OBSERVED RESULT
Handler to resize timer is around smaller area than timer requests.

EXPECTED RESULT
Whole timer plasmoid is inside handler.

Cannot reproduce. Can you attach a screen recording that depicts you configuring the widget appropriately and then demonstrating the problem happening? Thanks a lot!

1. Outer rectangle not contain full widget
2. Cannot enable full size of widget.
