Hi, 
when I am in the first step where you can type in your name and select a radio button to ensure if you're a beginner in textwriting on a keyboard or you're a power user I am unable to type anything into that name box.

I cannot go any further in the program so it's unusable.

sorry i am not understanding.  the first step of what?  some more background info about waht you are trying to do would be good.
