Screendump from the File iImport Wizard

There is a bug when importing files via Aqbanking import program. If you want to choose the import profile and you click on it, the "Next" button is disabled. You must then first return to the import module to be able to go to the import profile again. Then you can make your choice and then click on the "Next" button.

First, please try an Appimage (see https://kmymoney.org/appimage.html.) You can try the stable version first, as there have been some bug fixes to that version since 5.1.3 was released. If that also doesn't work, try the development version. Although backups are always a good idea, that version is not as dangerous as the warnings imply, as the team is working towards a 5.2 release, which will be based on that version. Unfortunately, there is no formal schedule yet.

One other thing you can do is to run KMyMoney from the command line, and see if there is any useful message output to the console.

First of all, this is an AqBanking/Gwenhywfar (two upstream libraries) problem and cannot be solved by KMyMoney directly. I tried to duplicate the problem and was not able to do so with AqBanking 6.5.12 and Gwenhywfar 5.11.2. Those should also be included in the AppImage versions. Which versions do you have/use?
