SUMMARY
Using Fedora Linux 41 - KDE Edition, Fractional Scaling set to 125% (occurs at other levels as well) text can appear distorted and have uneven heights, only applies to some text at any one time, and resets to normal after scrolling or highlighting the text. Attachments show the Wobbly text occurring.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set fractional scaling to 125%
2. Navigate the system for a while, easiest to reproduce by scrolling

OBSERVED RESULT
Uneven text displays for some text

EXPECTED RESULT
Text remain even an not distorted
