SUMMARY
Plasmashell cripples after widget is added to any sort of panel on external screen, though kwin remains mostly functional

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Add panel to external screen
2. Add widgets to said panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma severely slows down till it basically freezes, though some stuff *slowly* happens, deleting the panel and then force restarting plasma stops said slow down.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma continues functioning as usual

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am very much sure this is an issue in my own setup, but I've already reset my Plasma configuration, and have been able to narrow it down to this, but it's important to note I haven't been able to reproduce this on a Fedora 41 install, and presumably a fresh arch/endeavour setup or any sort of install that isn't mine. I've attached the output of plasmashell while reproducing this, though I'm not sure if anything stands out. Any further pointers appreciated

Other info:
The two displays attached are an external 1080p@165hz@100% Scaling 24' Acer monitor set as primary, the other display is the internal macbook one running at 2560x1600@60hz@200% Scaling set as secondary
