SUMMARY
'man spectacle' and 'spectacle --help' are out of sync

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  man spectacle # /existing to have less/the pager search look for existing
2.  spectacle --help

OBSERVED RESULT

man missing -E, -h, --help-all, -v, --author, --license & --desktopfile options

EXPECTED RESULT

man should have same CLI options

As of currently git master, it's only missing --author, --license & --desktopfile
