SUMMARY
I have three monitors: 2 horizontal and 1 vertical. When I power off my vertical monitor strange things start happening to KWin: cursor jumps between 2 position, plasmashell flickers, errors spamming in the log.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login into Plasma on multi-monitor setup
2. Power off vertical monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
KWin engages in weird behavior
