SUMMARY
Since Plasma 6 Dolphin does not reflect a mounted iso until it is relaunched.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Go to a folder with a .iso file
3. Right click the .iso file and click on Mount

OBSERVED RESULT
The Devices panel does not show the new mounted device

EXPECTED RESULT
The Devices panel shows the new mounted device

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux - Wayland
KDE Plasma Version:  6.2.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.8.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On Plasma 5 this worked as expected. It changed with Plasma 6.
