Which Neon edition (user, testing, unstable, development) did you install?

I always use the "user edition".

I installed Neon in virtual box and I have no issues starting Haruna.
Make sure it's up to date, try deleting/renaming the config folder ~/.var/app/org.kde.haruna, try an older version https://itsfoss.com/downgrade-flatpak-packages/

Today I found an update and applied it. Now Haruna works perfectly again 👍. No issue anymore.

Thank you for your support and your work with Haruna.
