SUMMARY
Elisa does not launch at all.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run `flatpak run org.kde.elisa`. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The app fails to launch at all, with the following output on the terminal:
```
flatpak run org.kde.elisa 
Gtk-Message: 11:17:34.092: Failed to load module "xapp-gtk3-module"
Qt: Session management error: Could not open network socket
```

EXPECTED RESULT
Elisa should run.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS:

Linux/KDE Plasma: Mint 22 Cinnamon
Flatpak version: 1.14.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It was working fine prior to the most recent rebuild.

The latest rebuild and update to the KDE flatpak runtime appears to have fixed this.
