SUMMARY
Okular 24.08.2 (flatpak) is built with QT 6.7.3 which has an annoying scrolling bug on X11: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-129509
It seems 6.7.x branch will not be fixed:
> Fix Version/s: 6.5.8, 6.8.0, 6.8.1, 6.9.0 FF
> 6.7.3 was intended to be the last of the 6.7 series, with 6.8.0 around the corner (tomorrow). A 6.7.4 is discussed, but no final decision yet on if it will happen or what patches would be in it.
Can Okular be updated to QT 6.8 or temporarily downgraded to QT 6.7.2 to avoid this bug?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Okular on X11
2. Try to scroll mouse wheel and move mouse cursor at the same time

OBSERVED RESULT
Movement of mouse cursor breaks events of wheel scroll.

EXPECTED RESULT
Scroll should work stable.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 22.04, Flatpak Okular
