SUMMARY
Multiple problems when capturing retancle area

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Problem #1
1. Settings -> "Don't capture automatically when Spectacle start"
2. Restart Spectacle
3. Click "Capture retangle"
4. Select area
5. Press enter

OBSERVED RESULT
I can see the crosshair and select the area but the selected area or area borders are not visible.
After pressing enter captured area is displayed correctly in Spectacle window for marking, saving, etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Problem #2
1. Settings -> "When Spectacle starts use previous capturing method"
2. Capture retangle area
3. Restart Spectacle
4. Select retangle area
5 Press enter

OBSERVED RESULT
This time I can see the selected area but after pressing enter captured image is not correct and toolbar is missing in Spectacle window.

Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE Leap 15.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
These problems started after installing proprietary graphics drivers (amdgpu version 6.2.60200).

No more problems after update of admgpu drivers (from Radeon).
