SUMMARY
viewer does not handle Windows symlinks

STEPS TO REPRODUCE (from cmd)
mkdir a b
echo testing > a\file
cd b
mklink file ..\a\file
cd ..
"C:\Program Files\KDiff3\bin\kdiff3" a b

OBSERVED RESULT
"Error: Conflicting File Types"
