Sorry. What I described is not true. The animation is "disabled" by a 3rd-party application. |
Created attachment 175612 [details] reproduction SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. tick the 'Slide Back' effect in 'Desktop Effects' 2. click another window (or in an any other way) which is overlapping `systemsettings` window OBSERVED RESULT no sliding effect 😞 EXPECTED RESULT `systemsettings` window slides back SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.11.6-arch1-1 KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0 Qt Version: 6.8.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I can't recall exactly whether Plasma 6.2.3 is the very first affected version. It might haven't worked since 6.2.0 or so; not sure. 🤷
